Initial contact was via Instagram, where I explained the issue with my Canada Goose Emory Parka following a motorcycle accident. The jacket was in extremely poor condition, and Canada Goose themselves had confirmed they would not repair it due to the extent of the damage. StitchHappens, however, reviewed the photos I sent and confidently confirmed that they could repair it. They promptly issued an invoice along with clear shipping instructions. Once payment was made, I sent the jacket via tracked delivery.
