Shipping & Postal Orders

Nationwide postal service

We accept garments from anywhere in the United Kingdom by tracked post. Please use a signed-for, fully insured service (Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier with declared-value cover) — Stitch Happens MCR is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit before they reach us.

Packaging

Use a clean, dry package. Place the garment in a sealed plastic bag inside the outer parcel. Include a printed copy of your booking confirmation, or write your booking reference clearly on a card inside the package.

Manchester collection & delivery

Free collection and delivery is available across Greater Manchester for orders over £100. Outside Greater Manchester, postal is the primary option.

Return delivery

Return delivery is included for all service bookings. Restoration and repair work is returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery or comparable tracked courier, fully insured for the value of the garment.

Retail purchases

Shop orders are shipped by tracked courier within 2–4 working days. UK delivery is £5 flat-rate or free on orders over £150. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Timelines

Most services complete in 2–4 weeks from receipt. We'll quote a realistic timeline before any work begins and keep you updated through your account.
