Refund Policy
Retail purchases
You may return any retail item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and returned with all tags. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt back at our Manchester workshop.
Authenticity guarantee
Every retail item is hand-inspected and guaranteed authentic. If any item is independently authenticated as inauthentic, we will issue a full refund including return postage and a £50 inconvenience credit.
Service bookings
You may cancel any booking before work has commenced for a full refund of any deposit paid. Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable but will be credited against the final invoice.
If we are unable to complete the agreed work to the quoted specification, we will refund the cost of the affected work in full.
Damaged in transit
If your retail order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free return and a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Statutory rights
None of the above affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
